He was predeceased by: his parent John Kopinak. He is survived by: his parent Helen Kopinak; his wife Beverley; his children, John Kopinak (Karri) of Wheatley, ON and Kelly Calvert (Tyler) of Calgary; and his grandchildren, Emma Kopinak, Erin Kopinak and Allison Kopinak.
In lieu of flowers, he wished for donations to the Chatham-Kent Children's Safety Village.
