He is survived by: his wife Sandra Skipper; his son Dale Skipper (Marcela Rebolledo) of Fletcher; his grandchildren, Samara, Judah, Ephraim Skipper and Sophia Brey; his brother-in-law Robert Fletcher; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy (Fletcher), Mike Davidson, Keith Fletcher, Margaret Penner, Bonnie (Audette), Barry Sullivan and Greg Audette.
