He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen Guitard; his daughter Catherine; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Simon) and Joshua (Bailey); his sister Elaine (late William); and also, Lisa (Jan), Lily (Scott) and Donald (Iris). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family and friends.
