Lammy Oost Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lammy Oost of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on March 14, 2023. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lammy Oost to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jelte Gjaltema and Hiltje Gjaltema (Dalmolen); her husband Henry Oost; and her son George Oost (Lorraine). She is survived by: her daughters, Hilda Hoekstra and Ida Campbell (James); and her siblings-in-law, Antje and Jannie Gjaltema. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
