He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Campbell and Ruth Campbell; and his brother Carl Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Gary Campbell (Allison), Richard Campbell (Sheena) and Lori Taylor (Terry Harris); and his sibling Melrose Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
