He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Saylor and Shirley Saylor; his siblings, Sandra Aubertin and William "Bill" Saylor; and his brother-in-law Bob Paxton.

He is survived by: his stepfather Gordon McMaster; his siblings, Marlain Wolfe (Larry), Katherine Boersema, Shirley Reintsma, Lori Manders and Donna Bonner (Jeremy); and his friend Tammy Baverstock.
