With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lillian Ditchfield of Chatham, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Bullen and Merle Bullen; her husband Arthur Ditchfield; and her siblings, Henry, Charles, Percy (Dorothy), Roy (Shirley), Bill (Ruby), Helen Brown (Clifford) and Marion Tolton (Bruce).
She is survived by: her daughter Maribeth Ditchfield of Chatham; and her sister Merle Smith of Strathroy. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home (245 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1J9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
