He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his sons, Samuel Hermitt, Frederick Hermitt and Franklin Hermitt (Tammy); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Aliyah and Angeline; his siblings, Bill, Shirley, Sheila, Madge, Yvonne and Joy; his siblings-in-law, Agnes, Evadne, Garden, Gilbert and Winston; Evelyn, Margaret, Mary and Ivan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
