He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Lucier and Cecile Lucier; his wife Evalyn Lucier; his grandchildren, Coltyn Mayrand and Magnolia Heuston; and his brother Hector Lucier (Vickie).
He is survived by: his significant other Lucille Boucher; his children, Lori-Anne Lucier (Devin Pearson) of Chatham and Ken Lucier of Chatham; his stepchildren, Dan Boucher (Kim) of Stoney Pointe, Rachel Boucher of Kingsville, Rene Boucher of Windsor, Melanie MacLean (Steven) of Comber, Jodi Burke of Mexico and Stacey Burke (Christine) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Page Mayrand (Keith Heuston), Emma-Tyme Mayrand (Tiz Clive), Ryan Boucher, Sierra Boucher, Alexis Yaroch, Cameron Yaroch, Brianna Yaroch, Chase MacLean, Ava MacLean, Katie MacLean, Dylan Burke-Gray (Jess), Kesley Burke-Gray (James), Lachlan Burke, Aiden Burke, Leah Burke and Hazel Heuston; his sisters, Annette Robertson (late Reg) and Nancy Vandergulik (late Martin); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Grainger (late Dianne), Warren, Pat Grainger, Diane and Ron Ambrose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
