She was predeceased by: her parents, Chiyo Sugiyama (Kageshita) and Yasutaro Sugiyama; her husband Rudy Stacho; her daughter Tina Marie Stacho; her siblings' children, Shirley Miyagaki and Richard Blake Cosby; her siblings, Sumiko Sugiyama, Sally McNairney, Toky Cosby, Tom Miyagaki, Shigeru, Peter and Kiyoshi Sugiyama; her siblings-in-law, Mick McNairney, Richard Cosby, Gerald DesLauriers, Milan Stacho, Paul Stacho, Noreko Miyagaki, Anne DesLauriers and Diane Stacho; and her parents-in-law, Martin and Eva Stacho.
She is survived by: her daughter Constance (Randy Paré) of Toronto; and her sisters-in-law, Louise Sugiyama of Vancouver, Janet Sugiyama of Chatham and Joanne Stacho of Bothwell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand nephews.
