She is survived by: her husband Steve Phillips; her children, Patricia Kulachkosky (William), Lynda Harris and Stephen Phillips (Wanda); her grandchildren, Daniel, Kristin, Michael, Ethan and Christopher; and her brother John Larsh (Linda).
