It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Pauline DeWitte (Chatham, Ontario), who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Mortier and Pharida Mortier; her husband Alphonse DeWitte; her son Doug DeWitte; and her siblings, Leon, Oscar, Cecile, Edna, Martha and Madeline.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Weldon (Pat), Cathy Bellefleur and Chris DeWitte (Monica); her grandchildren, Rick Weldon (Sueji), Lisa Boyd (Ryan), Matthew Bellefleur, Luke Bellefleur, Nathan DeWitte and Keifer DeWitte; her sister Irma King; and her sister-in-law Denise DeWitte.

Due to Covid restrictions, private family arrangements have been made.
