He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Amisich and Giovanna Amisich; and his parents-in-law, Francesco and Rosa Zimmerman. He is survived by: his spouse Nerina; his siblings-in-law, Maria Grison, Virgilio Grison, Emilio Zimmerman and Angela Zimmerman; his siblings, Giovanni (Dalia) of Trieste, Maria (Mario) of Izola, Mario (Yolanda Zimmerman) and Slovenia Fondly; and his son Claudio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hinnegan Peseski Funeral Home (156 William St S, Chatham, ON N7M4S8). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (145 Victoria Ave, Chatham, ON N7L3A7). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Anthony's Cemetery.
