She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Samuel "Sam" Waters; her great grandchild Liam Samuel Waters; her parents, William Gregson and Hazel Gregson; and her brother Arnold Gregson.

She is survived by: her children, Eileen Shafer of Kitchener, Linda Thompson of Elora and Les Waters (Jan) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Scott, Christine, Christopher, Cherie, Jason, Jeffrey and Debra; and her sibling-in-law Pat Henderson (Gregson). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Arthur United Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
