She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Bellinger and Bertha Bellinger; her husband James Ray Phillips; her siblings, Don Bellinger (late Doreen) and Anna Payne (late Chestle); and her siblings-in-law, Allen Phillips (Marjorie) and Evelyn Gagner.
She is survived by: her son James Russell Phillips of Chatham; her grandchildren, Tara Carpenter of Chatham and Brent Phillips (Jill) of Chatham; her great grandchildren, Tyler Carpenter, Caleb Phillips and Emma Phillips; her sisters, Edith Cook (late George) of Tilbury, Mary Bellinger of Chatham and Ruth Tuck (Bob) of Chatham; and her brother-in-law Ralph Phillips (Dorothy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Donations made in memory of Marlene to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
