He was predeceased by: his father Bill Neff; and his siblings, John Neff and Sally Neff. He is survived by: his mother Donna Neff (Grocott); his children, Curtis Baylis (Adriana), Skylar Baylis Hailey (Jenny) and Michael Neff Jr. (Sammy); his sister Deb Strohm Sandy (Art); his mother-in-law Kitty Baylis; his aunts, Mary Joyce Rossignol (Aldeo) and Mary Jane Pine (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Cory, Noah, Briyah, Braelen, Kenneth, Madison, Khrew, Jackson and Sully. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the KBD Club.
Donations can be made to the Cancer Society and to the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
