As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Murray may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Brooks and Barbara Brooks (Burrell). He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Langille); his siblings, Richard (Janet MacCallum), Cheryl (Al Milyard) and Sheila (Jeffrey Willing); and his in-laws, Dennis Langille (Darlene Wog) and Cathy Sanderson (George). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

Donations made in memory of Murray to the Thames Christian Fellowship or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
