He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Brooks and Barbara Brooks (Burrell). He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Langille); his siblings, Richard (Janet Brown), Cheryl (Al Millyard) and Sheila (Jeffrey Willing); and his in-laws, Dennis Langille (Darlene Wog) and Cathy Sanderson (George). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.

Donations made in memory of Murray to the Thames Christian Fellowship, Community Conservation Fund or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
