He is survived by: his mother-in-law Alice; his wife Charlene Duckworth; his children, Jeramy and Emily Duckworth; his grandchildren, Jocelyn and Addison Duckworth; his siblings, Archie Duckworth (Margaret) and Bonnie Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Cathie Campbell (Scott) and Jamie Pelletier (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
