He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James O'Brien and Lillian O'Brien; his wife Joy; his children, Lesley McNeil (Ryan) of Aurora, Allyson Robertson (Jeff) of Burlington and Kirk O'Brien (Heather) of St. Thomas; and his grandchildren, Carrie O'Brien, Cameron O'Brien, Daniel Robertson and Stephen McNeil.
