We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2021, Noreen Burchiel of Chatham, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gillett and Nora Gillett; and her former husband Ernest 'John Wayne Burchiel. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Bridie Tolman of Bolton, Kimberley Burchiel of Toronto, Ryan Burchiel (Jill) of Essex and Katie Burchiel of Chatham; her grandchildren, Kylar, Erin, Kaedon, Emma and Loghan; her siblings, Dorothy Bielby (Tom) and Wayne Gillett (Jeannine); her sisters-in-law, Lynda Gillett and Jane Gillett; and her pets, Daisy, Simon and Chloe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St. Chatham on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 1:00 p. m. to 5:00 p. m. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that all attendees wear a mask.
Donations made in memory of Noreen to the Breast Cancer Foundation or the St. John's Ambulance Therapy Dogs would be appreciated by the family.
