She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Murray Jacklin and Mabel Jacklin; her husband Norbert Bechard (Norby); her children, Michelle (Joey) and Michael (Becky); her stepchildren, Ken (Susan), Laura (Kevin) and Rob (Heather); her grandchildren, Colton, Spencer, Garret, Ian (Chelsea), Jarrod, Abbey, Cheyenne and Sam; and her cousin Carol Smith (late Bill).

Donations made in memory of Noreen to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
