She was predeceased by : her parents, Adam Holly and Kristina Holly (Gajdos); and her sister Helen Osika-Misjak. She is survived by : her children, Terry Holek (Melanie) and Tim Holek (Heather); her grandchildren, Jeff, Matthew Holek, Amanda, Derek (Katrina) and Peter Ernst; and her great grandchild Adelaide Ernst. She is also survived by her nieces and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 14th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home (156 William St S, Chatham, ON N7M4S8).
