He is survived by: his mother Eileen Brown; his child Hailee Ballantyne; his siblings, Cheryl Bond, Sherry Jones (Tony), Colleen Slater (Mark), Tammy Brown (Russell), Darvin Brown and Darlene Sullivan (Mick); and his close friends, Adi McLean and her daughter Dellah and Jason Gownlock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Donations made in memory of Perry to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
