He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gail Hainge and Christopher; his mother-in-law Lorraine Johnson (late Robert); his wife Susan; his children, Mike, Steve Hainge and Chantel Dawson (Matt) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Mason, Aubree and Keegan; his brother Dan Hainge; his siblings-in-law, Ken Johnson (Deb) and Janice Ardis (Tracy); and his nieces and nephews, Josh (Lorraine), Joey (Sarah), Michelle (Matt), Chris (Jada), Mike (Michael), McKenzie, Brandon (Bre) and Candise (Ben). He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home (245 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1H7). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
