Peter Luyt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Luyt of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on February 6, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peter Luyt to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaldert Luyt and Johanna Luyt (Ouwerkerk); and his sister Lena Holwerda-Vanginkel. He is survived by: his wife Loeky; his children, Joann Suitor (Barry), Hilda Luyt (Jacques Chalifour) and Allen Luyt (Ruth); his grandchildren, Susan Rowden (Paul Boon), Gregory Rowden (Jessica), Erin Ross (Quinn), Alexander Luyt and Madelyn Tedford (Jessie); and his siblings, Cora Osterbrook, George Luyt (Connie), John Luyt (Jean), Hilda Wiersma (Joe) and Leo Luyt (Dena). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Peter to the Children's Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent would be appreciated by the family.
