She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Rogers (Jim); her grandchildren, Kellie Lewis (Ryan), Candace Naundorf (Doug), Melanie Rogers-Cooper (Jen), Len (Dawn), Miranda, Tai, Christopher and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Mikaela, Carissa, Isabelle, Evan, Kayley, Keira, Jesse, Skyla, Jaylynn, Tristen, Rhyan, Aiden, Ayla and Lincoln; and her friend Mary Alice Marchand.
Donations made in memory of Phyllis to the Dollywood Foundation of Canada (Dolly Parton's Imagination Library) would be appreciated by the family.
