He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Williams and Thelma Williams (Henson); and his son Blake Williams. He is survived by: his wife Irene Williams; his children, Randy Williams (Janice), Curtis Williams and Karrie Williams; his stepchildren, Tammy Storey (Dale) and E. J. Storey (Loretta); and his sister Kathy Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many many friends.
