He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Jean Martin (Myers); his parents, Alma Martin (Pinsonneault) and Elzear Martin; his son Ronald Martin (Diane); his siblings, Gus, Wilfred (late Grace), Lionel (late Diane), Jean Louis and Marie Therese Martin; and his brother-in-law Peter Munt.

He is survived by: his sons, Eugene (Ericka) and Gerald (Margaret); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Nicky), Karen, Gayle (Dereck), Renee (Kyle), Adam (Kelli), Christopher (Olga) and Benjamin (Vivian); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Travis, Aubree, Khloe, Trent and Rosalina; his siblings, Claire Munt, Phil Martin (Barb) and Ed Martin (Diane); and his sister-in-law Annette Martin.
