He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie Pepper (Rose); his parents, Reginald Pepper Sr. and Ina Gilhula; and his sisters, Odis, Madeline and Shirley (Harold).
He is survived by: his children, Dale (Kim) and Sharon Pepper-May (Doug); his grandchildren, Emily Pepper, Olivia Pepper, Ian Pepper, Abigail Pepper, Melissa Dys (May), Eric May and Zachary May; his great grandchildren, Khaleesie Pepper and Evelyn Dys; and his sister Wanda.
Donations to the Chatham Kent Hospice or the Charity of One's Choice would be appreciated.
