She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lillian Evans (Lay) and Frederick John Evans; her husband Bill Smith; her siblings, Bill and Lilly; her children, Jean Ashley (late Douglas), John Smith (Vicki) and Bill Smith (Jann); her grandchildren, Tami Gillier (Mike), Karen Travis (Jim), James Ashley, Stephen Ashley (Jennifer), Samantha Smith, Allison Freeman (Kevin), Nicholas Smith (Katy), Mathew Smith and Shawn Smith (Sabrina); her great grandchildren, Jason Gillier (Chantelle), Jonathan Gillier (Nicole), Peter Gillier, Emilee Gillier-Fysh (Jeffery), Jordan Ashley-Ost (Mitchel Morreau), Kathryn Travis, Douglas Ashley, Erin Juteram (Daniel), Jocelyn Kiryluk-Ashley, Tyler Ashley and Connor LaCourse; and her great great grandchildren, Olivia Gillier, Victoria Gillier, Jasper Juteran and Gillier-Fysh.
