She was predeceased by: her parent Broer Burghgraef; her spouse Cornelis Peet; and her child Garnet Peet (Konnie) of Grimsby. She is survived by: her parent Sybrigje Burghgraef; her children, Anna Bastien (Jerry) of Windsor, Susan Peet (David Paré) of Ottawa, Charles Peet (Karen Dysarz) of Rondeau, Brian Peet of Ottawa, Judith Peet (Don Cameron) of Erie Beach and Christopher Peet (Tatiana) of Edmonton; her grandchildren, Christopher Hammerton, Barry Hammerton, Casey-Anne Paré, Liam Paré, Joseph Peet, Kees Peet, Neil Peet (Benissa), Antonia Cameron (Wayne Holmes), Cassidy Cameron, Ian Cameron, Logan Smarch and Hannah Peet; her great grandchildren, James Gregson, Levi Holmes, Cedric Peet and Everett Peet; and her stepgranddaughters, Terri Bastien-Trepanier (Luc), Tonia Malott (John) and MaryAnne Malott (Will).
