We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2021, Riley Schweitzer of Chatham, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rob Schweitzer and Mary Schweitzer of Chatham; his parents-in-law, Anita and Stan Scott; his wife Crystal (Evans); his children, Karmendy, Caden, Carson and Finley; his siblings, Jonathon (Brittany), Chris (Danielle), Spencer and Michael; and his aunts and uncles, Jeff Schweitzer (Cathy Moon), Julie Schweitzer (late Dean), Kathy Bunker (Mark), Stan Gallerno (Connie), Darlene Hallam (Chris), John Smith (late Colleen) and Paul Gallerno.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you must schedule your visitation time in advance by calling the funeral home at (519) 352-2710. All attendees as mandated by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario must wear a mask at all visitations and funerals.
Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider the Baker Centre for Pancreatic Cancer (London Health Sciences Foundation) and Outreach for Hunger Chatham.
