He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foster and Jessie Foster; and his sisters, Betty Padbury (Bud) and Barbara Johnson (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Debra Cobey; his grandchildren, Joshua Smith (Justine), Jordan Murray and Gage Foster; his stepgrandchildren, Shelbi Suitor-Cobey and Everest Cobey; and his great grandchildren, Callen, Brenley and Malia.
