He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Foy (Caron) and Charlie Foy. He is survived by: his siblings, Clara Roesch (Louis), Christine Nagy (Steve), George Foy (Anita Ridout), Russell Foy (Nadia) and Joseph Foy (Shelley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
