He is survived by: his wife Janet Taylor (Williston); his children, Bonnie MacGregor (Blake) and Ronald Taylor; his grandchildren, Mallory Doyle (Ryan) and Taylor MacGregor (Julie); his great grandchildren, Ella and Tessa Doyle; his brothers, Richard Taylor (Carol) and Wayne Taylor (Shirley); his in-laws, Elizabeth Swatuk (Robert), Wayne Williston (Tammy) and Mary Williston (Philip); his son Robert Taylor; and his sisters, Saundra Ashby (Charles) and Nancy Praill (Douglas).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the W.I.S.H Centre (JG Taylor Community Centre).
