He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McNeill and Ruth McNeill (Sutherland); his wife Sharon Smith; his sister Susan Edwards (Gary); and his pet Cleo.
He is survived by: his children, Erin Smith (Stacy Houle), Belinda Pardo (Russell), Amber Cunningham (Mark), Kim Laliberte and Susan Emerson; and his brother David McNeill (Diane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
