She was predeceased by: her parents, Hank Dauphinais and Jean Dauphinais; her husband Charles Henry Dries; and her siblings, Penny Authier (Chuck), Hank Dauphinais Jr. and Robin Dauphinais.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Smoley (Evan) of Toronto, David (Renata) of Burlington and Christopher (Rosemary) of Chula Vista, California.; her grandchildren, Aidan, Adam Smoley, Jolien, Chloe Dries (Suzanne Moore) and Brandon Dries; and her sisters, Hazel St. Pierre (Roger), Marie Gardiner, Mary Lou Trahan (Ben) and Yvette Copeland (Terry).

In lieu of cards and flowers, donations to the Our Lady of the Rosary Shrine at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Merlin, Ontario or the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation are appreciated.

“It was with great sadness to learn of Sandy’s passing…. a wonderful kind caring person. We extend deep & sincere sympathy to her family. The Feenan’s grew up with the Dauphinais clan from earliest childhood visiting the homestead in downtown Fletcher often after attending mass @ St.Patrick’s church. To say many fond memories would be an understatedment. Rest In Peace dear Sandy…..will miss u. Ron, sister Jackie & brother Ken ( deceased)”
