He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Simmons and Joyce Simmons; his daughter Bryanne Simmons; his siblings, Shannon Turner (Allen), Cory Simmons, Danielle May (Shane), Katie Simmons (Brett) and Nicole Simmons; his grandfather Bernard Simmons; and his former wife Michelle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
