He is survived by: his mother Sharon Giroux; his stepfather Kevin Sims; his father Jerry Smith; his siblings, Autumn (Tom), Derian, Julian and Ashton; his grandparents, Mary Fran Peco-Giroux, Louis Giroux and Marylouise Debassige; his cousins, Jessica (Charles), Lindsay, Keyrick, Avery and Joseph; his aunts and uncles, Janice, Jodi, Charlene, Katherine, Gary, DJ, Daryl, John, Pharrel Jr., James, Bajek and Randy; and his grandparents, Yvonne and Jerry Smith Sr..
The family is asking for donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
