Sherran Anne Mitchell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sherran Anne Mitchell on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Born in London, Ontario, 80 years ago, Sherran was the daughter of the late Walter and Lillian Flanigan. She is survived by her brother Robert Flanigan of Ilderton, and her sister Kathern Hammill of Thorndale, and many nieces and nephews. Sherran is predeceased by sister Marie and brother Arnold. Sherran worked diligently in accounting for many years. She will be missed and forever remembered by those who loved her. Following cremation, Sherran will be remembered privately at a family service at a later date. God saw you getting tired, when a cure was not to be, So. He closed his arms around you, and whispered "Come to Me.". You didn't deserve what you went through, So. He gave you a rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best. And when we saw you sleeping, So peaceful, free from pain.
