She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Barry; her former husband Alf Olsen; her child Kjell Olsen (Margrit); her stepchildren, Klaus Michels (Magda), Brigitta Simpson (late Chris) and Annegret Waldeck (late Johnny); and her grandson Ben.

She is survived by: her daughters, Heidi Polinsky (late Terry) and Lucy Johnston (Jim); her grandchildren, Jerusha (Andrew), Eugen (Ronel), Samuel, Timothy (Kirsten), Justin and Kaitlin (Drake); her great grandchildren, Duncan, Jackson, Tristan, Kiera, Kayley, Chloe, Phebe, Katie, Calvin, John and Magnus; and her friends, Dave, Ron, Claudette, Diane and Jean. She is also survived by step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
