In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Stephanie's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Stephanie's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kim Hamer and Brian Rhan; her stepmother Connie Kellam Rhan; her children, Zayden Obeng and Lyric Obeng; and her siblings, Steven Rhan, Danielle Rhan, Christopher Rhan and Chantelle Rhan. She was also cherished by her aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home (245 Wellington St W, Chatham, ON N7M1J9). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider a charity of their choice.
