He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean Olexa (Semchuk) and John Olexa; his spouse Sandy Olexa (Winters); his grandson Owen Stephen Pinsonneault; his siblings, Glenn Olexa (Leslie) and Diane Devries (Bryan); his parents-in-law, Jan Winters (Grey) and Jim Winters; and his siblings-in-law, Tracy Lally (Vince), Terry, Alexander and Judy Drobitch (Bob). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
