He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Worth, Sr. and Elsie Hurst (Richard); and his brother Dan Worth. He is survived by: his children, Kendra and Paris; the mother of his children Krista LaRue; his children, Kristen Crosby, Llarissa List, Deion List and McKayla Mayhew; and his siblings, Teresa Hanson (Will), Owen Cooper (Mary), Brian Cooper (Sharon) and Chris Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
