He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Wayne Moore and Anna Margaret Moore (Wolsey); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his brothers, Sonny, Jim, Dan (Cheryl) and Craig; his mother-in-law Lena Gilhuis; his children, Max, Pumpkin, Angel, Sweet Pea, Emma and Smokey; and his caregiver Marybeth.
