He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Maxwell and Elizabeth Maxwell; his partner Kim Kreitzer; his sons, Jason Maxwell and Keith Kreitzer; and his grandchildren, Samantha Bruggeman and Kaine Kreitzer. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
COVID restrictions did not stop Thom from continuing with weekly and daily lunches for those in need.
