She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Segeren and Anna Segeren; her former husband Camiel Debusschere; and her siblings, John Segeren (late Alice), Joseph Segeren (Deanna), Pete Segeren (Eunice), Willy Segeren (Carol) and Bob Segeren (Sue).
She is survived by: her husband Leo Ouellette; her children, Ron Debusschere (Shelley), Sharon Campbell (Marc) and Brian Debusschere (Heather); her siblings, Leo Segeren (Pauline) and Bert Segeren (Annie); and her sister-in-law Mary Debusschere. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home (141 Park Street, Blenheim, Ontario 91762). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Toni to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
