He is survived by: his child Chris Curtis Heather (Jessica Mann); his grandchildren, Hailey, Peyton, Ally, Michael, Levi, Kenneth and Zachary; and his siblings, Steve Curtis (Dona), Frank Curtis (Kim), Gertie Boone (Albert), Blanche Sutherland (Dan), Bonnie Lalumiere and Tina Charron (Randy).
