She was predeceased by: her parents, William Haan and Aafje Den Haan (Roemer); and her sisters, Corrie and Jean. She is survived by: her husband John Postma; her children, Mike Postma (Pat) of Langton, William Postma (Elizabeth) of Chatham, Richard Postma (Lisa) of Chatham, Eunice Postma of Bothwell and John Postma of Kingston; her grandchildren, Jill Vandermeersch (Dave), Alex Postma (Kim), Katrina Postma, Nicholas Postma, Dillon Postma, Grace Postma and Spencer Postma; her great grandchildren, Caidan and Evie; and her sibling Ellie Berends of Cambridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that all attendees wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Trudy to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
