She was predeceased by: her parents, George Polowick and Mary Polowick; her husband Roy; her sons, Bill, Jim and Ed; her siblings, John Polowick, Bill Polowick, Mary Powers, Alex Polowick, Annie Atkinson, Alice Duck, Kate Halaska, Doris Vasylev and Helen Ferguson-Kiekens; and her close friend John Kucharski.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Reaume of Blenheim, Margaret Allen of Meaford, Betty O'Phee (Bill) of Chatham, Gordon Cook (Beatrice) of Chatham, Diane Lozon (late Rosaire) of Stoney Pointe and Roy Jr. Cook of Harrow; her siblings, Victoria Bowen, Mike Polowick, Fred and Rose Polowick; and her caregiver Ali Caron. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, and great and great great nieces and nephews.
